After watching heads and tails, we decided to stay at this hotel. The price is certainly too high. It is also unclear why it has 5 stars. We arrived in our own car, unloaded ourselves - no one helped. I went and parked myself (as it turned out, in the wrong place). When we asked the reception for help with our suitcases, only then did they come out to pick them up. And then they made a remark to me that I parked in the wrong place, and asked me to repark the car. There is an unpleasant musty smell in the corridor on the floor. There is mold on the ceilings. We go into the room and see blankets on the closet, like a grandmother's in the village. It turns out that the coffee machine in the room is paid!!! At breakfast, the bread was dried out, they did not add juices - we did not have time to make them, margarine instead of butter, they did not have time to clear the tables - everything was covered with plates, as a result, we sat at a dirty table. When cleaning the room, they did not add a tea and coffee set. The beach towels are all washed out, old. At the pool I accidentally stepped on an ashtray full of cigarette butts - most likely from the previous day, because we came in the morning. The toilet is old near the pool, there is a stench, and there is also a queue. I am attaching a photo. This hotel should be given 3 stars. They do not know what service is.

Good hotel. The park nearby is beautiful, lemons and bamboo grow. The beach in May was dirty, but the water was cold. The food is great for breakfast

Not good. A/C old and was already turn off by hotel, as temperature outside was over 90° F. Room had dust all over. Carpet had steins. The personal is ignorant. Отель не соответствует 5 звёздам. Кондиционер не работал, отключён отелем, когда температура на улице была за 30° С. Пыль во всей комнате. Коврое покрытие в пятнах. Персонал не дружелюбный.

Доброго времени суток,на данный момент нахожусь в отеле,прилетел с семьёй отдыхать на пару недель,отель сам по себе хороший да и цена не маленькая но здесь наверное наверное каждые выходные закатывают всякие гулянки,банкеты,свадьбы и музыка на весь этот городок спать не возможно попросил на ресепшене чтоб разобрались потому что у меня дети не могут уснуть из за шума 0 реакции типо это уже давно забронировано,хотел в басейне покупатся говорят туда не надо идти там банкет,короче если собираетесь сюда с семьёй то лучше не на выходные.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи семьей из 6 человек. Из плюсов: здание отеля хорошее, номера просторные с балконом, бассейны и выход к пляжу с лежаками и зонтиками. К сожалению, во время отдыха встретились с отвратительным отношением со стороны сотрудников отеля и ужасным сервисом: 1. При заселении сотрудник не смог рассказать ничего про сам отель, какие есть развлечения, где проходит обед, какие есть рестораны. Тем более не смог ответить, где можно погулять в городе. Приходилось задавать наводящие вопросы. Лишь третий сотрудник смог пояснить, что вообще есть в отеле. 2. Никто в отеле с тобой не здоровается, даже если ты всем приветливо говорить добрый день. 3. В отеле можно арендовать платно велосипеды. На весь отель (6 этажей) всего 4 взрослых велосипеда. 4. Бассейны открыты с 8:00 до 22:00, при этом каждый день бассейн чистили до 10:00. 5. В пятизвездном отеле нет работающих весов. Попросил на рецепшене весы, чтобы взвесить чемодан, сказали, что если мне очень нужно я могу взять все свои чемоданы спустить куда-то на цокольный этаж и там вроде бы должны быть весы, но они не уверены. 6. Очень интересно, что в отеле есть утюг, но они не дадут вам ему в номер , чтобы вы сами погладили себе вещи. У них есть только услуга глажки (футболка 15 лари). Что очень странно. 7. Нет комнаты для хранения багажа. В общем то с сервисом надо прям очень хорошенько поработать.

One of the best places in Georgia, if not the best. Both for family visits, or for friends or solo. Absolutely loved it. We loved it so much that after check out, we went to Batumi and on our way back home stayed 2 more days there. Food is remarkable, place is top! Pools, spa, rooms, service... I honestly don't know which one to say. We loved it!

Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !
