Decent hotel excellent staff but tiny shoebox Room make it difficult, but a decent one night place

The room was small, oldies, but clean. Enough for sleep but not for a vacation. I appreciate the receptionists who can communicate well even with language differences.

There were no particular issues. The only thing that bothered me was that there was some moldy staining on the back of the edge of the sink and on the top and bottom of the bathroom door. The texture and scent of the towels were not very good. It was raining so the umbrella rental service was good. After checking out, we were able to make plans while enjoying the free drinks in the free space.

I was glad that it was a little cheaper than the surrounding area. The facilities and services were minimal for business trips, but fine. It is located between Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya stations, so it is not exactly close to the station, but it is within the acceptable range.

We went to Kobe temporarily and booked a three-bed room for two people. Japanese hotels are as clean and comfortable as always, with excellent service. It is close to the subway and shopping malls, making travel convenient. I went to Himeji Castle Kokoen and Kobe Port for a walk and it was a great experience👍

When I turned on the air conditioner, water came out of the air conditioner vent like a shower, and the bed directly below got wet. Also, the bathroom and toilet had a moldy smell. The location of the outlets was also inconvenient.

It was within walking distance of the station, and although it was compact, I was very satisfied with it for one person. They were able to store my luggage after I checked out, which was very helpful. I was a little worried about the noise coming from the air conditioner even though I wasn't using it.

The walls seem thin. I was woken up by noises and people's voices. It was a smoking room, but the window didn't open. It was convenient as it was near a convenience store.
