What an amazing place. Everything from check-in to the amazing ladies in the restaurant to the onsen is just fantastic. I enjoyed this unique and traditional experience very much (even though half of the time I was not 100% sure if I am doing something completely wrong) ;)

very good in all aspects

Hands down the best experience in Japan so far. Staff is super friendly, the room is authentique, very pretty, the atmosphere is truly what you expect from your Japan trip. The dinner was good, the breakfast was less so to my liking. But overall would 100% recommend.

Customer service was great, there is staff that can speak excellent chinese and some of the younger ladies can do english as well The onsen was fun, both authenticated gold and silver onsens in the town are available in the men/women's bath Room is cozy and spacious, size for up to a family of 5 Central location between two convenience stores at night This ryokan serves authentic kobe beef, and it was part of the ryokan package, enjoyable washoku dinner and breakfast although it may not be to everyone's preference

Overall is good

It's pretty good, except that the hot spring pools are a little small, everything else is pretty good. Kobe subway can go directly, 2 minutes walk from the station, good location, no need to climb the mountain ~

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop, with a convenience store opposite and within walking distance to other tourist spots. The rooms are spacious enough, the facilities are well maintained, the meals are delicious, and the hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hot spring area is not large, there are gold and silver baths, and the women's bath is more crowded in the afternoon, but overall it is satisfactory.

I drove to the hotel, and the hotel staff took me to the parking spot attentively, and helped us push the luggage to the hotel lobby, which was very considerate. The hotel room was clean and tidy, dinner and breakfast were OK, and the waiter could speak Mandarin, which was particularly friendly.

It's nice that both the gold and silver baths are located right as you enter Arima, so you don't have to go looking for them separately. And the kaiseki and breakfast were both gorgeous and delicious!

This is my first time staying at a time-honored Japanese hotel. Arima hot spring hotels are generally more expensive. This time I booked a standard Japanese-style four-person room, with two meals a day. Dinner was kaiseki cuisine. The Kobe Wagyu beef was amazing. I immediately felt it was worth it. . The service is good, there are reception staff who can speak Chinese, and the yard shares experiences. Room It's quite large and has a bed on tatami. The hot springs have gold and silver hot springs, which can be soaked alternately. They are really comfortable and worth experiencing.
