Good location and walking distance from sannomiya station

Had a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc. The room is cleaned with relatively good breakfast choices. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.

Very good service provided by the staff of the hotel. Sleeping robe, shaver, comb, tooth brush and tooth paste is provided free. There is a self-service laundry room, which costs 500Yen for 3 kg load, 2 hours. Hotel is very near to the Sannomiya train station and there are supermarkets, Daiso, restaurants, and a bowling centre just next door. Perfect for families. The room is very big and comes with 4 beds. Ample space to open 3 luggage bags and walk around. Love the hair dryer provided in the room!

I would say that this hotel is superb in all ways. Location , cleanliness, service is all good. Self check in is fast. There is a nice lobby with free good coffee and a smoking room too. Parking can be located easily near the hotel. The room is very comfortable and looks very new. Worth every dollar you paid.. 😜😜😜 Highly recommended!!

Room was bigger compared to the other ones we stayed in at similar price range. Clean and has everything you need. Right in front of the hotel is a huge construction site as shown in pic below, though not noisy might make getting around slightly more complicated.

Only 1 night stay at Comfort San Nomiya hotel. I love this Comfort hotel group, cause quite well cleanness with enough facility for business purpose trip. If come again to San Nomiya, definitely will stay here again. Thx!!

Great place, clean, services was good, they even had free coffee and drinks at their lobby which was a bonus. Will come back again for sure!

Very disappointed stay! First we enter the room and open the toilet, the whole room is full of smoking and public toilet smell!! Even we spray a lot room fresheners, no help! Not mention we got a kid. I wanna vomit also. And they are self help check in / out, no service at all.

Not much to expect from a standard business hotel, but this was disappointing. The self-check-in machine is not intuitive at all, didn't recognize my passport. The laundry machines have a password protection function that isn't explained in English in the instructions. When I returned to the front desk to ask for instructions, five staff members were working on a single problem and didn't serve the new guests arriving for check-in. Once I was in line, I was ignored. Terrible service. Never again.

Very good hotel, the room is big in Japan. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Sannomiya Station, there are food on this road, and it is very close to the airport bus. The hotel is very clean, and the shampoo and shower gel are all from Kao. You can get free coffee in the morning, and there are supermarkets and drugstores next to the hotel. It is also very close to major department stores on foot, highly recommended! Maybe because I didn't buy ads on Xiaohongshu, so not many people recommend it. Next time I go to Kobe, I will choose to stay here

The location is close to the station, and it is convenient to go everywhere. We walked to the Ijinkan on the first day, which is not far away. There is a big supermarket next to it, which has all kinds of food. The conveyor belt sushi next to it is also delicious
