Inconvenience: No bottled water so had to bring own flask for refill. No Chinese channel so had to use YouTube with Japanese remote control. No fridge so hard to buy sushi n beer etc. Constructions work not noisy with window closed but had to detour to some places. Twisting type taps of cold n hot abit hard to adjust. Limited cleaning of room. Plus: English speaking staff. Spacious room with comfy mattress. Nice big table with space saving storage cabinets. Near bus terminal to Awaji island, Arima Onsen n Premium outlet. Closed to many fast food n restaurant. Like the coloured bath salt n disposable shaver. Overall a nice cosy DIY sort of stay. I would patronise again.

The hotel was in a very good location, clean and well maintained. The room we booked was very spacious.

Location is very good, only 3 mins walk to JR Sanomiya Station and around 10 mins walk to airport bus stop. Lawson is located just downstairs and many restaurants and shopping streets nearby. The room I booked is pretty spacious for a solo traveler and bed is comfy. I like the room has a long table that provides ample space for both dining and working. I enjoyed the stay here and will definitely come again next time!

Hotel is located about 5-10 mins from Kobe Sannomiya Station. I only stayed for 1 night but I really enjoyed the amenities that they provided. It is close to some shopping malls and I can easily walk to some of the main attractions. The reception even assisted to make a booking at a restaurant for that evening. I left rather early the next day for an appointment and requested for my luggage to be sent to my next hotel in Osaka. The charge was reasonable for the service. I left my other bag for collection later. By the time I returned, my battery had ran out and they were kind enough to allow me to recharge my phone. I am really pleased with their service and assistance during my stay.

Location of hotel was good ,very convenient , near to Kobe sannomiya station . There are supermarkets nearby , will consider staying here again if I come back to Kobe

Close proximity to the train station. A big thank you to the staff who saw us unwell at the dining area and offered us early check-in. Hotel furnishing is modern. Room was spacious. Good price. Small road behind hotel lined with restaurants. Aeon mall next to hotel offers good priced shopping. Wished there was a water dispenser to reduce plastic bottles.

Very good location, value for money at the price we are getting. Near the subway and surrounded by shopping area. And they provide bath salts.
