The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

We had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

we stayed there for two night over all location and rooms are nice , what we dont like they charged for buffet but they don't have live buffet and very less choices for dine in the room buffet , which is not acceptable hope they will change them service in short time......

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The room is spacious, the balcony has a good view, and the jacuzzi is super large. It is very refreshing to soak in it every night. Downstairs is Meriken Park, and the harbor view is very good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Sannomiya. There are about 40 or 50 kinds of tableware for breakfast. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The terrace has a great view and you can see Kobe Tower directly. A special female body care kit is provided upon check-in. The only downside is that the hotel is in a slightly awkward location. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Daimaru Department Store.

The experience is very good and the city center is very close. The beach is right in front of you. The massage hot spring has a very soothing effect. The Kobe Tower is right in front of you.
