The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

We had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.

we stayed there for two night over all location and rooms are nice , what we dont like they charged for buffet but they don't have live buffet and very less choices for dine in the room buffet , which is not acceptable hope they will change them service in short time......

The stay was totally enjoyed as we are celebrating our 5th honeymoon in Kobe this year. The hotel service was brilliant. We've got an upgrade to a larger room with big bath tub by the window which allow perfect view of the Tower. Will come back to stay again soon. Thank you!

The price-performance ratio is extremely high. Just think about it, in Japan, a luxury room of 80 square meters only costs more than 2,000 RMB, which also includes two breakfasts for the room. Moreover, it is located in the center of Kobe Port, so it should be the first choice when coming to Kobe.

The scenery of the hotel is amazing, and it deserves to be the top 100 most beautiful hotels in Asia in 2024. The details of the room are very attentive, with tea sets from Japan's 6 famous kilns, Rokko Mountain bottle mineral water, various towels, toiletries, bath salts, gloves, socks, etc. The children loved soaking in the round bathtub facing the Kobe Lighthouse at night. The next day, breakfast was delivered to the room, and the delivery staff also went to get children's tableware. When the front desk left, they called a taxi for me, sent my luggage to the car, and bowed goodbye. The service was warm and sincere. I will definitely come again.

Just landed in Beijing, and was still at the La Suite Hotel in the morning. I was very satisfied with the hotel. 1 The hotel is suitable for multiple people to travel. Due to the affordable price, it is recommended that everyone strictly report the number of people staying (I stayed in 2 rooms with 2 adults and 1 child) 2 Breakfast is delivered to the room, and there is a mobile dining table 3 Only the small room (at least smaller than 05) can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. If you go to 01 to see the Ferris wheel 🎡, you can't see the Kobe Tower. Of course, the view on the balcony will be better 4 The large round massage bathtub is not available in every room, at least not in the modern room type (whether it is executive modern or luxury modern) 5 The hotel rooms are basically facing east, and you can see the sunrise. 6 I have a question to ask the hotel. Is the room glass one-way? Because the balcony is quite large, people in the next room can see it from the balcony of the next room

Came to Kobe and booked for three nights. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was thoughtful. It was very convenient to travel, and shopping and dining were all within a 5-minute walk. There was a small incident on the second day. The hotel's room cleaning was not completed until late, but it was well resolved after communication. We also received a free breakfast the next morning, which made us feel embarrassed. Thanks again to the hotel manager and other staff on duty. The hotel will be our first choice when we come to the Hanshin area in the future!

The room is large and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The service is good and we can communicate in simple English. The location is also good, 10 minutes walk to Hara-teicho subway station. Kobe is not a big place and taxis are not expensive. Next to it is the Harbor Mall, you can walk straight out of the hotel lobby and walk down the stairs next to the swimming pool, it is very close

I ordered a steak "heart" dinner in the hotel. The staff should have received Chinese training, and the communication was smooth throughout the process. Kobe beef did not have a greasy taste. I have mentioned this in the comments of Tokyu Hotels before. Shopping near the hotel is unexpectedly convenient. Basically, the shopping plan is completed before going to Kyoto. The hotel can promote this more. Kobe is a warm city, including the elderly who provide consultation services at the station and students performing in the square. Each city has its own characteristics.
