The only really positive thing is the location. Beachfront on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island!
So, if not for the location and the modern and nice rooms, everything else, especially the service at the reception and at the bar/restaurant is TERRIBLE!!!
Incompetent and RUDE reception staff! At the bar and restaurant the same! We and other guests preferred to go to the 3 resorts around or to the many restaurants outside. DEPRESSING AND OLD STUFF breakfast! There are 3 hotels next door that deserve MUCH more. Hotel that deserves maybe 2 stars.

The room is quite large, there are three swimming pools, and the exclusive beach around it is very nice. It is convenient for catching sea babies and I like it. It is very suitable for a leisurely vacation.
I bought a two-day package and the hotel is responsible for picking up and dropping off from Chong Lard Pier. The staff's service attitude is good and they can remember every resident. I stayed for three days and two nights. I didn't meet any Chinese tourists. Most of them were white people. There are local restaurants nearby. It was quite a lot and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the family was a little acclimated and had a poor appetite, so they didn't eat much. The sand digging tools for children in the small shops around are a bit expensive, so it is recommended to bring your own

The complex offers a spacious pool, direct beach access and an attractive breakfast buffet. The sunsets here are also fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bathroom is particularly comfortable. In addition, most of the employees are extremely friendly and accommodating.
CONS:
Unfortunately, there are no loungers on the beach (there are only bean bags near the bar) and the few with a view of the beach are reserved early in the morning by guests who often don't show up until midday. The vast majority of hotel guests are German-speaking holidaymakers. The WiFi is unreliable and often works slowly or not at all.
CONCLUSION:
Given the unsatisfactory price-performance ratio of over €115 per night, we can only award four stars instead of five (but the price probably depends heavily on the season).
