Tarul is a 5 star main man…. Fantastic service Just popped in for a coffee….. The best service. The friendliest guy Superb Will be back for a meal before Christmas Come down and see him guys - this place is lovely Free parking (put your reg in at reception) Lovely little high street Fab coffee and fab service Thanks again Tarul !!!

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in this hotel. Immaculately clean. We had an assessable room which had air con. Lovely comfy bed spotless everywhere. Tea, coffee, biscuits replenished every day. Chocolates on bed on arrival. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shower gel all provided. Continental & cooked breakfast included. Much nicer than some of the reviews I read. Staff all very friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the Midlands. An excellent central base. Thank you Greswolde Hotel.

Right in the heart of Knowle village and so convenient with great outside seating and tables. Super welcome today from Gia, one of the friendly team. She always has a smile and a helpful and genuinely happy attitude that makes return visits a no brainer.

Blonde girl behind the bar pours a cracking Guinness, and tells 10/10 jokes only down side is the lack of sky sports but the Guinness makes up for it

Jemima and Madison were our servers and they were so lovely, professional and very knowledgeable about the food and drink the Gres offers and extremely helpful. The food was delicious and the ambience was great. We had a fabulous evening here and definitely recommend it.

Staff most accommodating, no lift, but they were able to change our room to the ground floor. Lovely decor, spotless. Good bar menu and breakfast. Parking easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Met with some friends for lunch today. been numerous times and the food is really good. Although today the food was not hot so very disappointing had 2 x Garlic creamy mushrooms that were edible but luke warm I think they had been sat waiting for 2x chicken strips as they were piping hot. I had the mushroom & ale pie which again was luke warm and the veg and potatoes were too. Very disappointing today as I did say to the waitress it wasn't hot enough and she just apologised.

Here for 1 night for work. The chexlck in lady was lovely, polite, and most helpful. Rooms are clean and nice as well. I do not work this way very much, but if I do find myself working near, I would not hesitate to stay here again Free parking for hotel guests as well, which is nice. A lot of hotels exploit expensive parking. Very impressed. Thank you.

Hotel room was very clean as was the bathroom. Adequate for what we needed 1 night stay Hotel it’s self very tired needs a good lick of paint. Did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment. One member of staff was really very rude to my husband seemed to have an attitude problem. Not welcoming at all. We won’t return there is no excuse for bad manners.
