The location is good.however the pillow is mouldy and tv dont work. The staffs are nice though

Room was good enough for a short 1-2 night stay. Chair was very dirty and I was pretty worried sitting on it will cause itch. Water takes long to heat up and it does not heat up sometimes too.

Centrally located and is a 10 minutes walk from the Kluang bus terminal. Nearby is the famous burger stall. Room is spacious & clean but the noise from the next doors and walkway, can be easily heard. TV only has 3 channels working. Wifi has a connection but no internet at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near Kluang City and the Kluang Bus Terminal. However, the cleanliness needs improvement.

I booked for single room, when I entered the room I felt dizzy because the room smell so strong of cigarette. So I told the receptionist about the room. He changed to another room and I got better room. Thank you for solving my problem. Overall, everything is okay because near to terminal, under kluang parade mall and easy to find restaurant.

Location: start at the 2nd floor of the building, either by stairs, or lift from nearby mall. Decent enough, not soundproof, expect some noise, fair price. Suitable for short term stay.

Superb location, easy and very near to Kluang Bus Station. Near to supermarket and others. Room was clean, and counter services was good and fast. Thank you so much, and recommended to everyone.
