Our house is located in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts below the vineyards.
It is the starting point for numerous activities such as hiking, cycling or water sports and offers the perfect start for the long-distance trail "Moselsteig".
Within walking distance you can explore the historic center with its long history, be pampered by the gastronomy and taste the wines of local winemakers.
The Moselle town of Cochem and many other destinations are also easily accessible by public transport.
The approximately 42m2 apartment is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. In addition to a living / dining area, it has a separate bedroom with furnished balcony, and a shower room with rain shower.
Here you can start the day relaxed with a hearty breakfast and after the impressions and excursions of the day the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony.

Hallo alle zusammen 🤗
Sicherlich kennt Ihr das Gefühl, Du fährst weg um den Alltagsstress hinter Dir zu lassen 😉
Als ich anreiste, hat mir direkt die Hanglage super gefallen, weil mir klar war ich habe einen geilen Ausblick über das Moseltal 🌞😎
Das Ehepaar Balthasar (Vermieter) begrüßte mich mit einer so herrlichen Gastfreundschaft 😇, daß ich mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt habe 🙏
Als ich dann die Ferienwohnung betrat, hatte ich von der ersten Sekunde an ein Gefühl der Geborgenheit und Wärme in mir 😇🙏
Was soll ich sagen, die vier Tage dort haben mir genau das gegeben, was ich gesucht habe 👏👏👏
Ruhe, Entspannung und trotzdem lebendige Gastfreundschaft, genial ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Die perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Ort selbst und die unmittelbare Umgebung (inkl. Cochem) war perfekt für Radtouren und kulinarische Genüsse. Sehr nette Vermieter und die Möglichkeit, unser Tandem in der Garage abzustellen, haben uns den Aufenthalt noch zusätzlich angenehm gemacht.

Netter kleiner Ort um Abstand zum Alltag zu bekommen
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet.
Auch die Umgebung ist schön. Man kann von hier viele Wege zum Wandern nutzen. Da wir sonniges Wetter hatten, haben wir die Möglichkeit zum Draußen sein gerne genutzt.
Einen Stern Abzug gebe ich, weil die Wohnung bei Ankunft leider nicht rauchfrei war.

Schönes apartment in Klotten am Moezel
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Mitten in Klotten, wenige Kilometer von Cochem entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Gegend mit schönen Wander- und Radwegen. Ein perfekter Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagieren schnell.

Ruhe pur
Das Ehepaar Balthasar hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die kleinen Gastgeschenke wurden liebevoll ausgesucht und platziert. Da wir gesundheitlich eingeschränkt waren, konnten wir keine großen Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren machen. Der kleine Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht lädt aber zum Verweilen ein. Wir konnten die Ruhe und Entspannung genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die netten Balthasars.
