This room was absolutely amazing! The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were thick and cozy, and the bathroom was incredibly clean. The neighborhood was really nice, quiet, and felt very safe to walk around. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful — they even took the time to show me exactly where my room was. I honestly regret not booking this place from the beginning, especially after the nightmare hostel I stayed at before. This place is a total upgrade. Highly recommended!

For go to the Airport is very good option, with the bus 765 take you at fast the door. The room is super, clean was very nice, but the kitchen must more devices. At the first floor can you bring coffee for free, I loved it.! The staff was very nice and friendly with us. We highly recommend it. Thank you.

This was the worst and most devastating stay I've ever had in countless trips and hotel bookings. The hotel is literally over three kilometers from the airport. From the moment I arrived at 8 a.m., I was constantly bombed by low-flying airplanes. If you didn't know the truth, you'd think it was a bombing raid. It didn't quiet down until midnight. The room was a converted warehouse, empty except for two IKEA beds. My family and I were infested with mosquitoes at night, and we had to get up countless times to swat them. We couldn't sleep all night, and the children were bitten terribly. The bathroom and kitchen were shared downstairs, meaning we paid 1,200 yuan a night to stay in a crappy warehouse and get bitten by mosquitoes. There were no screens or mosquito repellent, and even the charging sockets were outside. It was scorching hot, so we didn't even use a fan. The signal inside was terrible. I was hoping for a good night's sleep on my layover, but it turned out to be a nightmare! I'm asking this hotel and Ctrip: How do you trick Chinese people into staying here and charge them for accommodations like this? Can you even sleep in these conditions? 😡 I've stayed in Switzerland countless times. How did you get your license? I'm definitely complaining! ! ! Return the black money😡😡😡😡

The top-floor suite had four rooms, housing four different families who shared a bathroom. Luckily, we were only staying there for one night before our connecting flight. And since we had just soaked in the hot springs, we didn't need to shower again; otherwise, it would have been a bit inconvenient. Flights passed almost directly above the small balcony, making it a good vantage point for taking photos. Thankfully, there were no more flights after 9 PM, so it didn't affect our sleep.

It was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. The website described the hotel room as a DELUXE ROOM with a garden view. When we arrived, we discovered that we had to share the toilet and kitchen with strangers. The terms and conditions stated: No children allowed, and there were about four children in a living area on site, which we supposedly had to share. We couldn't stay in such a place for such an expensive price. The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. Even though we left because the room wasn't what we booked, they refused to accept a cancellation. Despite our disappointment, we were also robbed. Furthermore, there was no proper reception; it was simply an office desk in a living room. I had never experienced anything like that in Switzerland. It was a disappointment. I don't recommend it to anyone! PLEASE BE CAREFUL⛔️
