The check in and out process is pretty fast since I have reserved online. The staff are friendly.
The front desk assisted me to change and upgrade the room for me after I checked the room.
Comfortable bed and overall it's good.
Downside is their lifts take quite awhile and it would be fantastic if they decided to improve the quality of their restaurant.

Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi.
The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room.
Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast.
Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby

Love their onsen, but the location is abit far from center of Klang. The breakfast is full of choices, bed is comfy and clean. Overall satisfied.

Helpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied.

Awesome hotel with great staff and amenities, just one issue is that it's slightly far from eateries and shopping as the KSL mall it's kinda new .

My kids love playground at the swimmingpool, Good Staff & services , matress for babycoat comfortable & clean. Shoppingmall My tenager kids love so much. Nice View at kafe & swimmingpool
