Clean cabin room with bathroom. Coffee maker & microwave. The manager was very friendly & helpful. The bar restaurant serves a selection of great food & drinks. A perfect place to unwind. We are from England & loved our overnight stay here.

Gorgeous setting. We camped with our trailer with a view of Lake Klamath. Our main complaint: Restrooms. Positive: The building is heated, Cons: you pay $1.00 for a 2.5 minute shower. The floors, including the shower stalls are littered with toilet paper, pine needles, hair, hair ties. Dead bugs everywhere: On the sinks, on the toilets. No toilet paper - Had to ask for some. Soap dispensers: One empty, the other doesn't work most of the time. ICK!

This review is only for the boat rentals. We went midday so many of the boats were rented out already but they had the pontoon and the kayaks. We rented a pontoon. Prices are reasonable. The guy who was helping out was very friendly. He was great and showed us several canoe trails we could take and how to free the reeds stuck in the motor - there were many in the lake. Many birds and beautiful scenery! The guy said many people rented the boats to fish and they rent out fishing gear as well but we didn’t fish. The place was great - got us what we need to make it a great experience- boat licenses etc. One of my highlights in Southern Oregon was boating on the Klamath Lake.

Beautiful location and so peaceful. Cleaning of the bathroom could be better and as we needed accommodation for four people it would have been better to have had 4 made up beds, or the ability to do this ourselves. We had a double and a single and our youngest son used a sofa bed with a blanket to cover him.

Resort had a Resturant that had water views and many food options. Service was very good and food was tasty. The area is in the woods that provides cabins and camping options with great views. The cabin we stayed in was older and clean however there were many spider webs throughout. In addition there was an issue with mosquitos granted we were in the woods near water but the mosquitos were already in the room which made for an uncomfortable night.

We had a great stay at Rocky Point Resort. We stayed in a room that was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to easily rent a canoe for an afternoon adventure in the marsh. It was an easy drive to Crater Lake National Park. The manager even found a personal item we had left behind and sent it home to us. We would definitely consider staying there again if our travels take us back!!! Highly recommend!

Very nice being by the lake. Don't expect anything fancy though. I would call this a fishing camp, not a resort. Also, the "resort" should say prominently that the rooms are not air conditioned. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

No ac, but did have a heater for wintertime.
There is no ac in the cabins. They had a small fan for you to use. There were numerous spiders in the corners but they won't bother you. Kind of hot until the middle of night. Shower is a one person. The bed was hard in my opinion and the pillows were flat.
