The room was not well soundproofed — I could clearly hear the sound of chairs being dragged and doors slamming from other rooms throughout the day and night. The hotel is relatively new, but it seems to be understaffed in housekeeping. I stayed for two nights, but my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night. I had to inform the staff, and only then did housekeeping come by, around 6 p.m.

โรงแรมใหม่ สะอาด ได้ห้องชั้น2แต่ๆๆไม่มีเลิฟทำให้ต้องยกประเป๋าขึ้นห้องไม่มีพนักงานช่วยต้องเดินหาห้องเอง เช็คอินพนักงงานน่ารักแตาเราต้องเดินหา ก๋อกที่เปิดอาบน้ำควรเปลี่ยนเพราะไม่มีที่จับเวลาโดนครีมอาบน้ำทำให้เปิดลำบาก

จองไปสามห้อง มีหนึ่งห้องแอร์เสีย มีเสียงดังมากทำงานไม่ปกติ นอนไม่ได้ทั้งร้อน ทั้งเสียงดัง ออกจากห้องเวลาเที่ยงคืนกว่าๆต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากพนักงานคืออยากได้พัดลมค่ะ แต่ออกมาเดินดูรอบๆไม่มีใครเลย และไม่มีช่องทางติดต่อกับพนักงานเลย ***ขอตำหนิเรื่องนี้อย่างมาก****
