Öncelikle otelde en sevdiğim konu boykot hareketini desteklemesi. Kesinlikle otelde boykot listesinden bir markaya rastlamadım.tebrik ederim kizilcahamamin en iyi oteli olmasına rağmen boykota destek vermesi mutlu etti.Otel 5yıldızlı otellere nazaran yeterli hijyene sahip değildi,yemek lezzet ve çeşit olarak orta seviyedeydi otelde sosyal olanaklar çok kısıtlı oda buyuklukleri yeterli cocuklar icin oyun alanlari mevcut spa merkezi yeterli fakat havuzlar soguktu cocuklar hep üşüdü termal havuz küçük 10 kişi ile doluyor, biz termal otel diye geldik ama termal.havuz 5x5x1.4 buyuklugundeydi...yanlizca termal havuzlarda termal su mevcut diger havuzlar standart. Havuzlar soguktu cocuklar durmak istemediler ayrica cok yuksek klora sahipti. Otel yarim pansiyon sabah kahvaltisi orta seviyede akşam yemeğide orta seviye çay saati yetersiz. Otelde yemek saatleri disinda hersey ücretli su dahil. Sadece 23.000a kadar çay ikram ediliyor. Kizilcahamamin en buyuk oteli biraz isim yapmış.otele göre fiyat yüksek.afyon taraflarında aynı fiyatlara üst seviye hizmet alınabilir. Personel güzel yüzlü hizmet kalitesi iyi seviyede.

I want to share my experience so other travelers understand clearly. Within minutes of starting a massage I had to stop because of the staff member’s disrespectful attitude. I reported it calmly at reception. The answer I was given? “Another masseur or a refund.” That completely missed the point. I wasn’t asking for a substitute or money! I was asking for respect. The same person (Gökhan) stayed at the spa desk with the same attitude, and nothing changed. For me, that showed weak management and no accountability. I even left two days early despite already paying, because hospitality and respect — the basics of any true five-star, were missing. To be fair, Yusuf at check-in was professional and spoke English, and the cleaning ladies were polite and hard working. But a few good staff cannot cover for the reality: a toxic spa with fake plastic plants, constant noise, worn out ceilings and furniture, and a building that feels tired rather than luxurious. ＞ This is not five-star hospitality it’s a tired building with plastic plants, weak management, and no respect for guests.

Verdiği hizmete göre yıldızı ve parası çok fazla
Öncelikle yol güzergahım olarak düşünülerek bir günlük güzel bir dinlenme ve tatili yapmak istedim kızımla. Rezervasyon birimine ulaşmak 34 dakikamı aldı. Bakan yok. Giriş saatinden birkaç saat önce olacağım dediğimde yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar bunun için teşekkür ederim.
Ancak termal havuz çok çok kirliydi. İnsanların vücut kirleri suyun üzerlerinde geziyordu. Kimse bakmıyor. Bayan havuzu da öyle.
Yemek salonunda kara sinekler tatlıların, salataların vs herşeyin üzerinde .
Oda içinde aynı. Kızım sinek kovalamaktan uyuyamadı.
Geçmiş yıllarda 3-4 kez severek gittiğim bir yerdi.
Bu haliyle artık gitmem.

We can’t camp in the park , so stay overnight here
This is a Spa resort, they have complimentary Suna, swimming pool and steam room on site. You can use it without charge when staying.
The hammam is not free, they provide family hammam room if you want to experience it with your family / children (not sure how that works).
Dinner and Breakfast are included buffet style).
For some reason, the national park is closed for camper and they have to close the park for a day for cutting down some trees, we have no choice but staying over in the hotel instead of camping in the park.

The hotel is in a national park with beautiful nature and clean air abound. Suite room was large and clean. Facilities and amenities are fantastic. Breakfast buffet was good.

I liked the place, but as for the cleanliness of the rooms, I think it could be better. The food is excellent, and the spa, I think they should focus on implementing the rules for visitors. I think they have a shortage of workers.
