We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is upmarket and traditional but with modern touches. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and professional and always happy to help. The breakfast buffet is excellent and although we didn’t eat at the hotel in the evenings, the menus looked delicious. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and there were always outdoor sunbeds available. The gym is well equipped. The room we had was nice but nothing spectacular. It was warm when we visited and the room and public areas were a little too warm for our liking. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Amazing stay at the hotel!! The surroundings are beautiful and calm, surrounded by nature and the golf club. The spa is fantastic, different saunas and relaxing rooms and a big pool. The food was also delicious. The most outstanding part of the experience was the staff. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive and made our stay even better.

Unfortunately the weather was too mild in December to ski, but the hotel and Kitzbühel are beautiful. The lounge area is phenomenal and looks so chic, and a great place to wind down after a day skiing or sightseeing. The bedrooms are designed wonderfully and the bathroom with the walk in shower was great. The spa is great and has a range of amenities, such as sauna and a pool that leads outside. It is the perfect place to relax. Tea is offered to guests to aid their relaxation. One can rent ski equipment at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing, offering a full breakfast buffet and champagne. All cooked to perfection, especially the omelettes! Room service was convenient but the food (burger and crisps) was nothing out of the ordinary.

Big Hotel, with professionell and friendly staff. We had a beautifull Room in the towers of the Hotel. Drinks in the Bar takes sometimes a Little Bit too Long.

This hotel is fantastic. Every comfort is provided. Staff are wonderful. Food is delicious. Spa, pool and all areas are beautiful.

I had many massages in my life, but today was by far one of the best ones in the arosa spa with a highly male qualified therapist called BALINT 10 stars from me!

Great hotel but situated a bit too far out of town
The A-Rosa in Kitzbuhel is a well maintained, expansive property with good facilities and service, though it is expensive and at least 15-20 walk from the town centre.
Pros
- Expansive common areas including large bar area with sushi lounge
- Excellent spa area with multiple types of sauna, steamroom etc.
- Shuttle service to take you to the main ski lift and back
- Good size rooms with well appointed bathrooms
- Impressive buffet breakfast
- Great, friendly service, for example from the concierge to very quickly purchase ski passes
- InterSport shop on site made it easy to rent and return ski equipment
Cons
- The hotel is situated about 15-20mins walk from the town centre and the shuttle service only runs from 8am until 5pm which means that getting to / from dinner in town requires either a walk or a taxi
- The rooms have no air conditioning and our room was overly hot. The only option to have a cooler room is to turn off the radiators and open the balcony door meaning it was very difficult to get an appropriate temperature for sleeping
- In some areas the service provision is not 5 star - we we left to park our own car with no valet offered
Overall we had a lovely stay at the A-Rosa but felt that ~Eur 700-800 per night (including spa access and breakfast buffet) was on the expensive side for the experience we had, particularly given the out-of-town location

We liked, among other, the pool, the food, the gym, the ski shuttle and the room size. Most importantly the staff were wonderful.
