"I love the place, clean, comfortable bed, nice restaurant around, beautiful sunset at the pool, food was ok, the service is ok just slow not sure why take so long time to get my orders, the staff is busy cleaning and keep the place in the right order but less pay attention at the guest, but they are friendly staff at least"

"Overall, this hotel is very good. From the moment we walked in, the staff asked us to beat a drum at the entrance, symbolizing good luck. While waiting to check in, they gave us blessing ropes, showing the hotel's thoughtful touches. The staff were very service-oriented, especially one girl with a very kind smile. She often waved us off as we left and waited until we got into the car, which was incredibly heartwarming. The style and facilities of the hotel room were excellent. It had a courtyard-style balcony, and the bathroom was quite large with a good-sized soaking tub; it was generally very comfortable. However, all the rooms we booked were on the second floor, which was inconvenient for the elderly in our group due to daily stairs. Moreover, on our first day, the room below us was a pool access room, and they were noisy from the afternoon until past midnight. I called the front desk to complain at 9 PM, and they immediately sent staff to address it, but the noise started up again later. Closer to midnight, I messaged Trip.com to communicate the issue. The next day, a staff member found me during breakfast to apologize for the behavior of the guests downstairs and offered to change our room to a different type that day. I was very satisfied with the hotel's ability to resolve problems. If you need anything at the hotel, you can call the front desk at any time, including requesting a buggy to the restaurant and beach. The hotel property has many slopes, and it's quite hot, so walking isn't ideal. The beach is beautiful, and there are many free water activities. My child spent one day kayaking and another day paddleboarding. The hotel's breakfast was a semi-buffet, semi-à la carte style. The variety wasn't small, but the overall quality was average."

"We stayed in a room on the second floor with a balcony. Overall, we liked everything, the only downside was the damp smell from the fabric headboard of the bed and the bedding. Breakfasts were varied, with fruits, vegetables, meat, yogurts, etc. The pool was clean and the sun loungers were comfortable. There's an elevator. Check-in was strictly after 3 PM. They took a 1000 baht deposit, which was returned upon check-out. It's a 7-minute walk to the sea. All necessary shops and cafes are nearby. The night market is a bit far, but walkable. However, buying fruit turned out to be a problem, as there are no fruit stalls. Overall, we had a positive impression of our stay."

This time I booked a seaside homestay for the first three nights, and stayed here for the last night. "My partner and I stayed at Marasca Samui for 11 nights. The hotel is quite new, built around 2024, and it truly feels like a quiet oasis in the bustling heart of Chaweng, right next to the clubs. We absolutely loved the well-maintained green pathway leading to the beach and the cozy lounge area, which was genuinely comfortable for spending time. The food in the lounge area was excellent and varied. The hotel is beachfront, with direct access to the sand, but it's important to be aware of the tides: the beach can noticeably shrink or almost disappear at times. The sea is usually very calm. The rooms are comfortable, with good air conditioning, making for a pleasant sleep; if you go to bed before midnight, earplugs might occasionally come in handy – they are provided in the room. As for improvements, the sun lounger mattresses and towels sometimes had stains, so better cleanliness would be appreciated. Otherwise, our stay was excellent, and we'd gladly return."
