"The hotel is close to the Aman Jaya terminal and very convenient for making transit changes to move to the next destination or for a short stop over. The hotel sheets were clean and the room was generally in need of an uplift. The washroom needs upgrading and maintenance. The shopping center Mydin just next to the hotel was very convenient for food and restaurants and shopping"

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the check-in experience was quite disappointing. We reached Stallionz at around 6pm and noticed that the queue for check-in was very long, with very little movement. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were informed that the rooms were not ready for check-in yet. The front desk team was also unable to confirm when the rooms would be available, as there were still more than 100 rooms yet to be cleaned. Because of this, we had no choice but to continue waiting. In the end, we waited for more than 2 hours before we finally managed to get our rooms. This was also partly because more than 10 customers in front of us had left for dinner, since no confirmed check-in time was given. We also heard that some customers had been waiting since before 3pm, which means they waited around 4 to 5 hours. 😱 This was quite disappointing, especially after a long journey. On the positive side, the room was nice and clean. We loved the swimming pool and garden floor, and there were many beautiful spots for photos around the property. The amenities were also quite complete. The only small downside was that there was no hot/cold water dispenser available, although mineral water was provided in the room. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities, but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"The hotel room was nice but have to improve the tv channels selection. I have been staying in this hotel few times and I feel they have not improved the tv channels. Mostly is Malay language and only one English Channel. We come from different countries and you need to cater for us too. Moving forward you can also upgrade to smart tv so that we can use our Netflix account to login in too. Staffs were very nice and room was nice and cozy."
