"This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :) Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance. There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks. The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions). Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!"

"Excellent hotel! The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast (you could choose from two restaurants) offered a great variety of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the oriental restaurant on the hotel grounds. The service was top-notch: the quality, the staff's professionalism, and the overall service were all outstanding, making me want to come back again! I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot."

A special shoutout to Mr. Bessem at the breakfast area for his outstanding service – highly recommend this hotel to other Chinese travelers. The Asian restaurant is also fantastic; the sushi is particularly good. Overall, it exceeded expectations and is the best hotel in Cairo. Truly wonderful!"

"1. The hotel evaluation in trip.com is nothing to do with reality, i mean the 10/10 outstanding is not true 2. The furniture of the hotel is not up to standard 3. The air-conditione in the room is not working properly even i complain about it ,but the hotel management did not take any serious action ,with which I hardly could sleep at night ,the air-conditione is set at 16 c but the real show in the screen is 27 to 29 c 4. The most worse and bad in the room is the pills, which is very thick and sooooo cheep quality ,I could not sleep at all because of its condition ,I complain, the manager said that this is what they have and could do noting ,I told him that I will complain to the trip .Com then he called me and promise to change it but all the time he was just sending the same type but with different face of stuff ,he was cheating, and he did nothing ,it was a night mare fir me to sleep the second night 5.Tge resturant open at 8 am in the morning, and the quality of food is cheep I do not recommend this hotel"

"This newly renovated hotel is one of the freshest options in Cairo, and it benefits from the excellent foundation of its former life as a Conrad. All rooms come with small balconies, and the Executive floors on the top three levels offer fantastic views. The staff are highly professional and the service is excellent. Its location is close to the city center, and you can cross the street to get to Mamsha Ahl Misr, the riverside promenade, though you will need to navigate crossing the road."

"From start to finish, the service was superb. Despite my limited English, they understood me perfectly and were always cheerful and helpful (Sultan!). They offered me coffee upon check-in, and there were plenty of teapots, coffee, and tea in the room. The koshari restaurant they recommended was affordable, generous in portion, and absolutely fantastic! They even stored my luggage for free after check-out. Although it was only a one-night stay, I would definitely want to stay here again! Thank you so much!!!"
