"I visited during the time when the autumn leaves were still beautiful, and was so impressed by the view that I wanted to see the snowy scenery, so I returned two years later. The scenery was as beautiful as ever. However, despite the hotel being empty, I was woken up several times in the middle of the night by the loud sound of the door slamming shut in the room across from me. I couldn't stand it anymore and complained to the front desk, but all they said was, "So it bothers you... We're sorry." I had been a little concerned about the loudness of the door slamming before, but I didn't expect it to be repeated so many times in the middle of the night. It may have been bad luck, but I can't imagine staying there again. I've only ever had French dinner, but the appetizer was exactly the same as last time. The double fish dish was as mushy as ever. The meat was delicious. The breakfast, both Japanese and Western, was completely unsatisfactory in both taste and quantity for a hotel of this class. I wonder how everyone is okay without seconds. The hot spring water was hot, colorless, and transparent. A beautiful hotel built facing the lake, a hotel to enjoy the atmosphere."

"The hotel does not provide a shuttle service from Inawashiro Station to the Goshikinuma entrance area. Guests need to take the Aizu bus independently; cash or Visa card payments are accepted on board. From the hotel, it's an 8-minute walk to the Goshikinuma Ponds entrance. We completed the entire trail in about 1 hour and 20 minutes, and it was truly worthwhile and beautiful. We then took a bus from Hibara back to the hotel. Breakfast, dinner, beverages, and the onsen (hot spring) were all excellent. The stay would be even more enjoyable if the hotel rooms and bathrooms were renovated."
