The service was great, the whole establishment is really clean and always smells nice and fresh. The room I had was a bit smaller than expected but generally good.. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The food is okay and the portions are quite generous. I would highly recommend.

I had a very nice experience,was well received by Nelly and Trevor.Emmanuel was also very friendly.Trevor took me round the hotel.the whole place is so amazing.the rooms are up to date,the food was just wow!......will definitely visit again

Boniface was an exceptional waiter who made my dining experience truly memorable. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, polite, and incredibly professional. He had a warm smile and ensured that everything was perfect, from recommending dishes to checking in at just the right moments. His service was fast, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the meal. It’s rare to come across such dedicated individuals who genuinely care about their customers. Boniface’s kindness and efficiency stood out, and I would absolutely return just to be served by him again.

Such a pleasant hotel ... warm staff. Brilliant service and most of all the rooftop overlooking lake Victoria. The sunset was beautiful complimented by their super menu. Overall a great experience. Would definitely come and stay here again.

My best experience staying in Kisumu. The Hotel Staff were super friendly and welcoming, initial welcome was from the front office manager Bernard who made us feel very welcomed. Lavender at the Restaurant was very pleasant and offered great service. The rooms are very clean, cosy and homely plus the Hotel is located to many amenities, a walking distance away. It's worth many more visits.

The hotel is quiet and the hotel flaternity are all amazing. From the welcome at the door step ,to the waiters and the residence service. I enjoyed my stay very much. Sarova kisumu had a surprise birthday cake for me and definately made my trip memorable.

Staff were proactive and friendly, they gave us lots of great recommendations. The rooftop restaurant had stunning sunsets and the hotel’s proximity to the local market was an unexpected delight. Made for a great base to for a work trip while still enjoying what Kisumu had to offer.

Great service, amazing breakfast, clean, Every time we asked for something it was brought to us within a couple minutes. All the staff from the reception, security guards, dining room and housekeeping were all pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again
