Terrible Host Terrible host – avoid at all costs.Right from the start, this host failed. I had to pull over at the guard shack because he never sent the access code. Only after sending him a photo of my ID — which VRBO later confirmed was not required — did he give it to me. Then, instead of the home I actually booked, he sent me to a different property without explanation, just saying he owned several homes.Once inside, two TVs didn’t work and there was no hot water. He said he’d send someone but ignored multiple calls. We went two full days with cold showers before I had to contact a city inspector to get it resolved. He never addressed the TV issue. Even VRBO was shocked by how little he seemed to care.This host is careless, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay at any property tied to his name.
