Servis, hizmet her şey oldukça iyiydi. Eğitim nedeniyle yalnız başıma seyahat etmek durumunda kaldım. Oldukça güvende hissettirdi ayrıca resepsiyon çalışanları oldukça tatlı. Oda içerisinde bulunan halıflex dışında her şey güzeldi. Tekrardan çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum :)

Great place to stay
A very nice hotel. Clean spacious and comfortable rooms with very good bathroom. Great location in the center of Kirklareli. Breakfast is served at the roof restaurant with wonderful view over the city.

Kirli odalar
Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda bu kadar kötü olabileceğini tahmin etmemiştim. Yerler süpürülmemişti. Yerde kuruyemiş kabukları vardı. Banyo duşa kabininde gider alanında jilet kapağı vardı ve bu hiç de hoş değildi. Kahvaltı idare eder 3 yıldızlı bir hotele göre iyiydi. Normalde sigara içilmeyen bir oda ayırtmıştım ama odaya sigara dumanı öyle bir sinmiş ki bazen boğulacak gibi oluyordum. Kokudan boğazım tahriş oldu. Fiyatını kesinlikle haketmeyen bir hotel.
