Upon entering, you are greeted by a cozy wooden deck equipped with two chairs and a side table, providing a perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a sofa, TV, armchairs, and a cozy fireplace. The view of the back garden offers a tranquil and inviting environment to relax after a long day.
DINING ROOM:
The dining room has a table for four. The glass walls offer a charming view of the front garden, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty while enjoying your meals.
BATHROOM THREE QUARTER:
The master suite is a true retreat, equipped with a Queen-size bed with a heated mattress, a spacious closet, and dressers. The bathroom is charming, with white marble details and a door that provides direct access to the garden, creating a private and relaxing space.
SECOND BEDROOM:
The second bedroom has a comfortable double bad, a closet, and a dresser, offering a versatile space that can be used as a guest room or office.
BATHROOM:
The second bathroom is well-equipped, featuring a bathtub, shower, and cabinets, ensuring all the comfort and functionality you need.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is designed for an immersive experience. Why not invite friends over to prepare a meal together or enjoy some drinks? The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, refrigerator, glasses, wine glasses, oven, and stove. Everything you need to prepare delicious meals is at your fingertips.
PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the garage, which fits one car comfortably.
Street parking is also easy to find right in front of the property.
