The owner does not accept any youth groups. They are told in advance that there are all kinds of facilities at the park, such as a football field for children. All these facilities are in bad shape and not maintained. The park is very large and a busy road runs through it, so children cannot walk t

The house manager is very incompetent. When we pointed out that the upper shower was broken, she didn't want to do anything because there was supposedly no service available in the period. But she wanted to see if she could reach an emergency service. She
