+ Good location in the center, spacious room, big comfortable bed, teapot, tea, nice environment;
- The receptionist didn't proceed with proper diligence while collecting the payment, compromising a credit card;
- If a neigbour flashing the toilet, the sound breaks in the room. Every three mornings it woke me up. Sound isolation is a must.
+ Other receptionist was helpful and nice, thanks for the service.

Rats and cockroaches on compound and cockroach in room. Blocked face basin. Soiled pillows, very second hand looking furniture. No coffee in room only tea bags. Kettle wasn’t working. Room lacks ventilation. Approximately 15 flight of steps to access reception area. Unsuitable for someone aged or with a disability. Could never recommend to anyone.

An great option, in the middle of town, for those coming on business or wanting to explore their small and quaint town. This hotel provides you all the amenities youd need, also equipped with a rooftop restaurant and bar for all of your meal. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and courteous.

The steps were just the beginning… the staff was helpful but with just one person was disorganized and slow. We tried to check in after a long flight to be welcomed by roaches in the room. This was maybe the good part because shortly thereafter a warthog sized rat came slowly walking down the corridor. We promptly checked out. This place should have a health inspection.
