As a bonus, this spacious apartment is located above a prestigious art gallery. Centrally located with the city! Guests will have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of several locked storage areas. Please under no circumstances, use the large door to exit the property. City meets country in this vibey, loft-style apartment. Perfect for couples, or a family of four, the loft affords you modern city-living in Upstate New York. This light-filled apartment is a standout with its expansive space and pool table. Gather around the kitchen island to enjoy a meal prepared in the chef's kitchen with double ovens. Don't feel like cooking? This rental is centrally located to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The open floor plan allows you to be in the kitchen or in the living room and not miss out on a moment of fun. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with large walk in closet. The secondary bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed with ample room for spreading out and making yourself at home. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a built in bench for relaxing. For your convenience we have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for your use. There are also tables and chairs outside if you want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or meal al fresco! We have two parking spots available for you during your stay. They are in front of the building. Please make sure you are not blocking the drive in front or behind you. The Loft is in walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. No pets, or parties please. Please be respectful of our home, especially to the pool table.
