The hotel's spacious, clean rooms with new facilities, convenient location near city center and supermarkets, friendly staff, and satisfying breakfast receive positive feedback. Some guests enjoy the prompt amenity delivery.

The hotel is a bit outside downtown but still convenient. My room was clean and spacious, though the bed was softer than I prefer, and housekeeping didn’t refill the toilet paper or tissues. The real disappointment was the on-site restaurant, Cannery Kitchen. Service was far below what I expect from Hilton — long waits as we had to wait for our server to come, and a very limited selection. I was looking forward to eggs benedict after reading other reviews, but with the included breakfast, it was buffet only. Dirty dishes stacked on my table, and I even had to refill my own coffee. Overall, the hotel itself was good and I’d stay again, but the restaurant was a major letdown for a Hilton property.
