The open plan immediately draws guests into the large kitchen complete with a central dining table, perfect for groups up to 6. The first floor is also comprised of a bathroom with washer/dryer and large custom tile shower, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed. Head up the captain's ladder into the second bedroom, where you'll find 2 twin beds and a double bed, custom built to craftily utilize the unique space. A small half bath with toilet and sink finishes off the second floor. Central heating and air conditioning throughout the house is sure to meet your ideal temperature. TVs are equipped with Roku so that you can stream from your choice platform. A Nespresso machine is available with a selection of pods. We have also included a drip coffee machine for the traditional coffee lovers.The door through the kitchen leads directly into a fenced in backyard, perfect for pets.
