Hotel lobby is clean, breakfast was good, pool is small only 3/4 people and use it at a time, staff was friendly Adjoining Rooms: 1. the bathroom door handle was broken. 2. the bathroom to room #406 need wallpaper replaced and toilet paper holder was broken.

The room was comfortable. There was a nice couch to relax on and the bed was perfect. The shower was great. All was perfectly clean. The only negatives were the blackout shade could of been a little wider to black out more light. I had to jingle to chain in the toilet to keep it from running a couple times. Also, I had a cup of coffee in the afternoon in the lobby that was terrible, like it has been brewed many hours earlier. There was only one regular coffee and one decaf packet for the in room coffee maker. Overall a fine place to stay.

Stayed in early June while visiting Valley Forge and some other places in the area. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the region and is in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely a good choice if you happen to be in the area.

These suites were clean, modern, and comfortable. The suites were larger than typical hotel rooms and had a work desk, but did not have a separate space from the bedroom. The location was very close to Valley Forge National Park. Breakfasts were fine. Staff were helpful. We’d gladly stay here again.

The rooms were great like all springhill suites. But the breakfast was pretty basic. No hot waffles and only apples for fruit. Basic scrambled eggs and sausage links were the only hot breakfast items. One type of bread and one type of bagel for bread selection. Just not up to par with other Springhill locations.

Over this past weekend, especially on Saturday, the 7th, I was quite ill and the hotel was packed which wonderful except that someone was allowing their children to run up and down the hall. I contacted Iisha and Patti at the Front Desk and Iisha was kind enough to come to my floor and instructed the children not to run in the hotel. I was so grateful. I understand that young Children get bored at the hotel but there is a huge parking lot which is usually empty at the back and on the side of where you turn into for the hotel there is a huge grass filled area that they could run around all they want. The hotel cannot be blamed for Children misbehaving because it truly is a Parents responsibility, in my opinion, to monitor their own Children. I have been here since May 22, 2025 (today is June9th) and I have been treated with nothing but kindness, consideration and respect. I am 74 years of age and have stayed here for months many of times and have always been treated very well. Whenever I leave to go back home, I already start looking forward to my next visit. I think the Staff here is awesome!!!

Clean room, great service at the front desk, good breakfast with multiple options. There were some water issues while we were there due to previous storm but they were communicative about when it would be off (briefly) while they repaired. Also liked the evening drink options downstairs with outdoor patio. All in all a very nice stay!

Manager punished people for something that happened the night before. Wouldn’t let any kids into the pool because kids were not being parented the previous evening. Not my kids, or anyone in our party. Then the manager lied to corporate when we complained. Stay away from this place because common sense does not prevail here.
