From our very first contact to leaving after our stay, the service was impeccable. Cat and the other lady we initially spoke with, were stars. Guiding us on how to get booked in and looking after us when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of linen and towels. Didn't use the coffee making facility, mainly because we didn't know how, and couldn't be bothered to read and work out the instructions. A kettle would have been preferred, with old fashioned tea and coffees. The venue was perfect for the wedding we attended, and the buffet just right too. Breakfast was brisk and efficient, with excellent choice and tasty food. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The room itself was very nice, and it was also quite. We were attending the football match that evening so stayed at the hotel that night, and the next. One thing the room could do with is a kettle, oh and some air con. I know there is a coffee machine that you can get hot water from but it isn't hot enough to brew a cup of tea. Also, after the match we discovered that the whole bar was taken over by supporters. That isn't an issue in itself but the Blues Restaurant had space available for seating as it was closed but, even as residents, we weren't allowed to sit there and had to take our drinks up to our room. This was NOT the case the following evening when the Blues Restaurant WAS available for residents to sit in and have drinks. I'm not sure what the reasoning was for lack of residents seating on the match day, especially when it was available at the same time the next day. Definitely something the hotel should look at providing.

Excellent food and service, we couldn’t fault any of it. Comfortable modern surroundings with a friendly and welcoming feel overall. The food was delicious. Kyle our waiter was great thank you! It was our first visit and it won’t be the last!

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff at this hotel! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The beds are so comfy! The food … WOW! Theirs so much you will be asking for a doggy bag to take away. Little bit pricey for meals however the quality & quantity definitely makes up for it! Rooms are spotless ! And if you’ve forgotten toiletries you can get some basics in your room as well as can buy from reception.. Cleaners every morning & if need bins emptied etc they are happy to do so! Coffee machine and pods,teas , biscuits and allsorts in the room ! Absolutely loved this ! Would definitely come back and definitely recommend

We have just spent the weekend at the Park.. all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you.. The food is amazing, all freshly cooked.. will definitely be back. Although it is a very busy hotel there is a very relaxed atmosphere!

Staff were lovely, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in and the meal at the restaurant was delicious. I would recommend having breakfast as they do both a big breakfast and a small breakfast which is ideal. Another added bonus was we didn’t have to check out until 12pm as it was a Sunday.

Great stay at The Park Hotel. Lovely clean large room with unique carpeting coffee machine and bath robe. But the most exeptional thing was the warm welcome and lovely manner of Kirsten at reception who greeted all guests jovially and professionally.
