The hotel is handy for the M77 motorway. My husband and I had a great overnight stay at the Park Hotel on 25th October 2025. We had a lovely twin room on the ground floor which had all we needed for our stay. The room was really clean and warm. The staff on Reception and in the Restaurants were really helpful and friendly. We had an enjoyable, reasonably priced snack lunch in the Pavilon Restaurant which we couldn't fault and our breakfast in the Blues Restaurant had all the usual breakfast goodies with plenty of cups of tea. Would certainly recommend the Park Hotel and would have no hesitation in booking another stay if we were in the area.

Booked in for one night while away with work. Great location with plenty of parking. Hotel staff are polite and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, with everything you would expect. The food in the hotel resturant was amazing. Great menu and quality of food.

Well my first time in Kilmarnock, not sure what to expect but rest assure not disappointed. We got the bus from Glasgow Airport to Glasgow and then from Glasgow bus station to Kilmarnock bus station and then made our way to the park hotel, we weren't sure of where to go but there is always someone to ask all very friendly and very helpful. We were greeted at the park hotel by very friendly staff we were a bit early so we made our way to the Pavilion cafe and bar to have a drink a lovely piece of cake. So check in was around 3:00 after filling out our details and another warm greeting we went to our room, massive bed, big room and a good size bathroom, coffee machine, TV and everything else you need. Once settled in we had pre booked our evening meal at Blues onsite restaurant, where we both had a fantastic meal on 2 nights. We would like to thank the staff in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast for a fantastic service and being very friendly and serving great food. I would like to give a special message to Kathleen who lent my partner her own brolly because it was raining, we were heading off to a wedding, above and beyond thank you❤️. (Sorry its a bit long lol) Definitely worth a visit.

It was such a pleasure staying here! The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless and spacious, and it had everything I needed — an iron and ironing board, a Nespresso coffee maker with different coffee options, tea, instant hot chocolate, and even biscuits. Breakfast was excellent as well. You can order what you’d like from the menu, and there are also plenty of extras served buffet-style. A special mention to the energetic lady who was already running the place early in the morning — truly an inspiring example for young people. And my heartfelt 5 stars to the receptionist working the evening of 16 September through the morning of the 17th: what a courageous lady, welcoming guests with a smile. You are a gem! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, for keeping my room, and for kindly responding to my emails while I was updating you about my flight. Hopefully see you again soon!
