Recently, I led a 5 day retreat at Nimbo for three painters. While we were very mindful with the use of my furniture and tarps, the cottage verandah allowed us to work outside at this gorgeous time of year. Each participant loved being at Nimbo. Our every need was met, and other needs pre-empted. Staff were warm and kind and went the extra mile for us every single day. All our meals were superb, and everything went smoothly. Very grateful for the role Nimbo and staff played in making our retreat unforgettable - thank you very much!

Fantastic place to stay. We had a beautiful upstairs room with stunning valley views. Exceptional food and service. Our mains of the Duck and the trout were superb. Entrees were the special lobster roll which was full of tasty lobster and Kangaroo tartar also brilliant. If you want something truly special it's well worth it.

This was as blissful as it looks. Couldn't fault a thing. We enjoyed the accommodation, walks and food from Three Blue Ducks was amazing! We booked the winter package & thought it was great value for money! Will be back again for some more R&R!

The accommodation and staff at Reception and Bar were a 10 however the Restaurant was a massive disappointment. I had the Pumpkin risotto and there was no pumpkin in it nor flavour, I asked for chilli and didn't get any, we had to get up and get our own salt and pepper, the chips we ordered as a side were french fries and they were not good. The wine was average also. I recommend for a place like that Bonic's wine (it's a Riverina winery) as it's organic and no added sulfates. My friend who was with me ordered a fish and it wasn't overly great either. Our pesto entrée was the better dish out of what we ordered. The Accommodation is amazing and worth every cent. I highly recommending updated the photos on website of the rooms if they have been renovated. We will be back- but will bring a toaster and a microwave so we can eat what we bring. The rooms have a good size fridge.

A truly wonderful place to go if you are looking for a break from the rat race. Quiet and peaceful, beautiful wildlife especially the bird-life. There is no phone reception but WiFi is available. Staff were extremely accommodating and the restaurant and bar were excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a classy hunting lodge vibe. Highly recommend.

This was the most amazing little gem in the middle of no where!! The drive on the way up to the Nimbo Fork Lodge set the scene with rolling mountains, cows in the side of the road, fresh county air, the flowing river running through the property! When we arrived it got better! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was large, very comfortable and fitted the country feel! To top it off the Three Blue Ducks restaurant was to die for! Sitting in front of the fire, my partner and I enjoyed the most amazing meal! Thank you for a memorable stay! We will definitely be back!!
