"Our family recently stayed at this hotel, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Shana , 1000%, the chef, truly went above and beyond. She always greeted us with a smile, checked in on us regularly, and provided exceptional service, even when we arrived late, close to closing time. Her dedication made our stay extra special. The front desk team was equally impressive—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We give them a perfect 10 out of 10! The room was fantastic, featuring a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleaning crew was super fast and kept everything spotless. Additionally, the onsite laundry was incredibly convenient for our family needs. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!"

"This is by far the worst Candlewood Suites I've ever visited. I accidentally booked this location instead of the location on base which wouldn't have been a big deal BUT when I arrived at this location it looked absolutely horrible driving into the parking lot. The grounds aren't being kept up, grass and shrubs overgrown, broken down cars in the lot collecting dust, it looks super sketchy!! That's not even the worst part, the worst part was when I entered the property and encountered Giselle the front desk clerk, let's just say her attitude matched the property DISGUSTING!!!"
