Nice little B and B, close to everything. Easy check in, very friendly. The room was ok for a night (booked 3 beds as we had out son with us). We didn't pay for the breakfast but they had coffee available. Great value, easy free parking and not one of those B and B's that you feel like your in someone's home, which I hate, so this was great it has the homey feel an you can certainly treat it as such or just do your own thing and not be bothered. It was a bit hot in there and we can hear everything and everyone, we were woken up early but loud people next door and above us.

Perfectly fine spot for a one night stay. The rooms were a little wacky but fine. View was of some roofs. Wi-fi was very spotty. Breakfast was extra but they had free coffee, toast and hard boiled eggs. Nice walkable location. Parking was free and right out front. The staff we encountered were friendly. There were very specific times to check in.

Great location but the lack of AC was brutal the staff tried to accommodate with a fan. The area was nice and not a far walk from the main part of town. The rooms were on the older side and you could easily hear neighbors but overall not a terrible stay. Liked it but would stay somewhere else in the future.

I stayed there on Tuesday 22nd April. Service was good, check in lady from the Uk/Donegal and now Kerry was charming and one of those people you could talk to for ages. The room was cosy, with a few extras in which one wouldn't usually suspect such as a presser for trousers etc. Tea/coffee was available downstairs which was a godsend. You're right beside the town so travelling on foot was never an issue. Breakfast also was fully and kept ne going for the day. Only issue to raise is the WiFi. There was WiFi but there wasn't a booster outside rooms so I'd get a stronger connection in parts of the room but not all over the room so I found I had to tether the Internet from my phone to have better quality.

A lovely stay, perfect location and warm welcome.
A lovely stay, great location and comfy bed. The friendly staff and easy check in on arrival, the cleanliness of this property was excellent I would highly recommend this property for a visit.
