Having just returned from an extremely enjoyable stay for two nights at The Ross, I felt compelled to leave my review. From the moment we arrived at this beautiful hotel we were made to feel very welcome . Shai greeted us on arrival at check in and Roger made us feel very comfortable and gave us an insight into the beautiful renovation of the hotel over the last few years. We enjoyed our stay in absolute comfort, during which time we met so many staff members, all so friendly and attentive. Overall I would highly recommend for excellent staff, beautiful surroundings , good food and a wonderful relaxing stay in beautiful Killarney. Thank you to everyone at The Ross, Jackie & John O Driscoll

Everything was absolutely excellent. Room really clean and comfortable Quite at night Temperature control worked well In room fridge,coffee maker ,sweets!! all great touches I'd like to give a special thank you to Shay who arranged our booking Nick provided us with most excellent libations and laughs galore. Absolutely top class hotel. Zero complaints. Beautiful room. Excellent staff from reception to house keeping and dining etc. Prime central location. Great atmosphere throughout the hotel. Fantastic food and cocktails . Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Ross Hotel for exploring the town of Killarney as well as a Ring of Dingle tour. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the town and as a starting point for the Ring tours and National Park. The rooms were impeccable and the breakfast was the best one we had during our 8 day tour of Ireland. Parking was free and close by the hotel. Lastly, the Reception Supervisor was incredibly helpful and kind during the check in and check out process. Overall we would highly recommend staying at this hotel while in Killarney

We loved our stay at The Ross in Killarney! Very spacious room with 2 comfortable beds, coffee and mini-fridge, USB outlets at bedside. The bathroom was spectacular with a walk-in shower and huge bathtub. And 2 cotton bathrobes! Breakfast included was downstairs and made to order. Helpful staff. Our waitress Maeve was the best. Location makes for easy walking to pubs and shops. Car parking across the street at their sister hotel. Highly recommend!

First, the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. My husband had a walker at the time and right away they offered free room service. Luckily we didn't accept because the breakfast is excellent and waitstaff so kind and fun to talk to. Equally on a packed evening they made sure to find a table for our last minute bar/dinner time. Our room was beautiful, comfortable with a fireplace. Can't wait to go back to visit again.
