朝食付きプランで予約しましたが、朝食の提供はありませんでした。
ホテルフロントで確認しましたが、そもそも朝食提供は既にしていないが、Trip.comが情報更新をしてくれないとの話でした。
ホテル自体はとても良い立地で、徒歩圏内のビーチで楽しみました。

Dump hotel inside and out. The room was disgustingly dirty and smelled like urine. The carpet is down right gross. No screen to open the sliding door to air out the room. Paint and drywall are peeling off the wall.

We stayed at the same hotel in April. At that time it was better. In April we had the 4th floor. For this stay we asked for King size bed on highest floor. We got 3rd floor this time that was handicapped accessible. We did not ask for that. The room was outdated. The microwave worked but did not spin. The comforter had stains. The chairs on balcony were black marks. They stopped the grab and go breakfast. Told me it had been stopped long time ago. They did have it when I stayed before. Most of the staff not friendly but were in April. Next time we will stay somewhere else. The pictures you see online are not what you get. As a Wyndham rewards member, we will stay at a different hotel next time.

We had been here back in May 2025 and decided to stay here again. We asked for a regular king bed room on 4th floor but were given a handicapped room king size on the 3rd floor. They no longer offer any breakfast. Your list of amenities needs to be updated as it still shows it offering breakfast. The room was over all ok but needs some updating. Internet was better this time. I guess signal to 4th floor is stretching it.

Staff was friendly. Check in was fast. Online check out was good. Overall experience was good. Would recommend as a reasonably priced hotel.

Hotel was understaffed and shortage of room keys. Hotel was in very poor condition and not kept up for a Wyndham Hotel. Room was spacious and nice to have pool access but room was musty smell and bathroom not that clean. I have stayed here before and was very disappointed this time in the condition of the hotel and staff.

The hotel is old and aged, but good regardless. Check in was easy, the room was clean, AC worked and balcony was a nice addition. We watched them clean the pool, which was interesting with the vacuum they used. (I say this because a previous review said the pool was dirty) I needed toothpaste and toothbrush and extra towels and they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly The only hiccup was our room keys needed reactivated mid way through out two night stay.
