"Good location and good service"

"I used this hotel for a live concert. There's a bus from the station, but it's not very frequent. A taxi would have cost around 1,200 yen. It takes about 30 minutes to walk. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and Indian and Chinese restaurants. The room is compact but clean, and amenities and tea were provided. Breakfast was included, and there was a shared bath. It was great to be able to use a spacious bath. I think it's very good value for the price. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days for a tournament at Ecopa Arena. There were 7 of us. It was our first time staying in a private lodging, and we were very satisfied. Good points: - Ecopa Arena is less than 30 minutes away by car via local roads. - Seven-Eleven and Welcia are about 5 minutes away by car, so last-minute shopping is not a problem. - A drum-type washer/dryer was a welcome feature. - There was a wide variety and number of cooking utensils and dishes, so we had no problems. - They responded quickly to our email inquiries. etc… Points of concern: - The location was difficult to access with large vehicles. (A 10-seater Hiace might not fit.) - There were cigarette butts in the ashtray. (This might bother non-smokers. I smoke, so it was actually good for me as it made the location easy to find.) - Regular TV channels were unavailable. (Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube were available.) - The garbage sorting rules were unclear. (I wasn't sure how much Highpla was allowed in the regular combustible waste, so I took it home with me.) I've written about some things that bothered me, but basically I was incredibly impressed and very satisfied, so this is just for reference. I don't usually write reviews, but this was such a wonderful place that I felt compelled to write one."

"I made a reservation the day before and stayed here while on a solo motorcycle tour. The bicycle parking area had a roof, which was very convenient for a motorcyclist. I had dinner at a nearby izakaya. The breakfast, which had both Japanese and Western dishes, was also delicious."
