Upon entering the room, we were immediately confronted with the following unsanitary and unacceptable conditions: -Heavy dust accumulation on multiple surfaces, indicating a lack of routine cleaning -Visible dirt and debris throughout the room -Strands of hair found on the bedding, toilet, and furniture An overall lack of cleanliness that made it impossible for us to feel safe or comfortable staying in the room. Despite the non-refundable nature of the reservation, we believe a refund is fully warranted under these circumstances. We did not receive the product or level of service promised, and the hotel failed to provide habitable accommodations as contracted.

We had a rough start. Arriving at 9 PM at unit B406 and discovering that the door code did not work and we were locked out with our bags and groceries and there was no phone contact that answered!. We were locke out for over half an hour until we fortunately finally found the night security person, who also could not open the door, but had to lend us his master key for the night. This is very bad indeed. Management should pre-check the validity of door code, rather than leaving the guests helpless! The condo was otherwise in pretty good condition.

You can hardy find a better location in Kihei. All you need and roomscwith a nice balcony. Great and well managed facilities! Grill opportunity and short to grocery stores like Safeway. Pool is clear and well Kent. Groundsxare immaculate with direct shore access..

Great central location for all your getaway needs. The place was neat and tidy. Retro styled. Full fridge with two bathrooms. Grounds were always kept clean and well taken care of. Beach close by to see turtles and whales. Felt safe and relaxed. Exactly how a vacation should be. Btw - You will need a car to get around the island. Received great communication and service from the management company looking after the unit (B313). Thank you !

Mooi ruim appartement. De gouwen liggen aan een gigantisch grasveld dat weer aan het strand grenst. Zeer complete keuken voorzien van allerlei apparaten. Ook een was-droogcombinatie is aanwezig. Er is een kast met strandstoeltjes en mini surfboardjes aanwezig. Ruim balkon met goede eettafel en stoelen. Tussen de twee gebouwen staan 6 grote gas BBQ's. Gebruik hiervan is gratis. 's Avonds prachtige zonsondergangen.
