The property is situated just above the town of Chienes, affording it spectacular views of the mountains in all directions. The hotel is extremely comfortable; modern, cosy and unpretentious. The staff are delightful and the cuisine is exceptionally good. There are numerous, signposted trails suitable for both the ambler and mountain hiker."

"What a wonderful place for both children and parents ! Everything is thought out to smallest details from kids spa area and water slides and kids sauna , to gently broken down times of eating to ensure it caters for everyone’s schedules , but no waste of food is done with offering the your basic style buffet. Adults only spa area is absolute place of tranquility and has extremely high quality facilities. The rooms are all done with little ones in mind : little cosy nest areas , rooms are not overly equipped with unnecessary decorations , everything is spacious - each room has animal next to its door making it easier for kids to remember ! My kids had joint massage and were given full experience as adult would which is great ! There are daily activities for both children and adults , daily outings to local site seeings ; the place champions local foods , traditions and culture - which is always great as you learn something new too . Our host was Nicholle and she was fantastic : getting enthusiastic, accommodating and positive - answering all questions , pointing all the little things that are important to little visitors :) We were looking forward to this stay and it had ticked all our boxes and more … we are definitely coming back and most certainly will be recommending it to all friends with kids! What a great place :)"

"Wonderful spring holiday vacation in this cozy hotel with gorgeous culinary and extremely welcoming staff. The hotel owner and his family work so hard and are always smiling and friendly to make you really deal like at home. All other staff members are very helpful and kind as well. The sauna and pool world is absolutely amazing equipped with fresh drinks and apples. Returning after the all day long skiiing to this relax zone before great dinner with so much food and served meals makes every day absolutely amazing experience. This is a place where we definitely want to come back to again."
