"Our stay was definitely a positive experience. The hotel is right in the city center, a 20-minute walk from both the train and bus stations. There's a large shopping mall nearby. The rooms are new, quiet (even though our room faced the street), and the bed was super comfortable. The room was warm (it was -15 degrees outside). An electric kettle, coffee, and tea were provided. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, everything was excellent."

"For the whole week hotel is taken over by Jewish workers preparing it for weekend Jewish event. There are no tables available for meals, lobby is under construction, so is parking (no option to take car for few hours) even elevator are not working as there are being decorated in Jewish posters (all happening during daytime) regular guests are not treated seriously. I have never seen sth like that. This is a scandal. I can’t believe any hotel is treating their guests like that"

"Lovely, friendly and warm staff, excellent English. Very affordable - we had a large and spacious room for less than half what we pay in larger cities. Decor is dated but quite clean, lights automatically turn on/off everywhere which made for some dark hallways. Across the street from the train station, easy walk to many historical sites. Breakfast was adequate."

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful place, great relaxation. Very pleasant decor, very nice service, Everywhere delicate relaxation music. Although the hotel was full, it was not seen by other guests. The option for adults only is fantastic. The wonderful wellness area with swimming pools, saunas, beautiful onsens and other attractions. The food is very nice. The only thing that would be useful is the balcony in the room. Besides, it's all super."

"I'm so glad that I read the other reviews of this hotel from Tripadvisor. It's true that you have to pay a fee to park your car, and that's not a big deal. It's convenient and your car is safe. You can walk all over the center of town, and there's no need for a car really. The staff was so friendly, and they speak English. The hotel is right around the corner from the main square, and there are plenty of shops nearby. There's even an ATM (bankomat) outside of the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is a traditional Polish breakfast. It came with fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, sliced meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Plus coffee, tea, and juice are available. The room I stayed in had everything I needed, and the WIFI worked great. I was able to get some business done, and enjoyed a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel if you get the chance to visit beautiful Kielce."
