Shows some aging. Needs some updating and maintenance like most older hotels in Thailand. So it's average in that way.

The Wi-Fi in room didn’t work. Staff suggested I go to the lobby to work instead.
Breakfast was good.
At checkout, left just after 12pm, they tried to charge a surcharge.
Probably a place to avoid.

Okay stay. Very convenient for my needs as far a location goes. Air con in first room malfunctioned. Changed room.

Nice hotel in silent place. 10 min walk to local night market. Place to park car. Rooms is clean and good for short stay. It has some internal pool but it does not work after sunset. Overall nice for 1-2 day stop in Khon Kaen during car trip.
