Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

Really comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and spacious and it’s very quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! I’d recommend this hotel to Khiva visitors.

The impression of the hotel is 10 out of 10. For the first time I slept well. Incredible silence and comfortable beds. The location is inside Ichan Kala. The minibus goes to the Northern Gate (from Urgench). Breakfast is varied. I recommend it.

This hotel is close to the west gate of Khiva Ancient City. The car can be taken directly to the hotel from the south gate. The hotel is in a good location and can be reached by foot to any scenic spot. The hotel staff is warm and friendly. I left early on the last day to go to the airport. It was a bit difficult to get a taxi. The front desk staff was anxious and quickly solved the problem of sending me to the airport. Must like it 👍

The hotel is in the ancient city. It is very convenient to visit the ancient city. After taking a taxi, get off the hotel and enter through the door next to the west gate. The hotel room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is average, the hot water is good, and the water drains quickly. There is a lot of breakfast, all my favorites. It is delicious. There is no bottled water in the room, but there is bottled water in the corridor, which is free. The staff service is also very good. It is highly recommended to stay.

This hotel is located in Itchen Kala. It takes about 5 minutes to get to Kartamino, so the location is quite good. The hotel facilities were also fine, and I had a comfortable stay. The photo was taken in front of the Arkanchi Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the ancient city. Unfortunately, the hardware is too poor and old. The wall-mounted air conditioner, which is not known how old, is very ineffective and can't cope with the humid and hot temperature of more than 40 degrees in early June. Only by hiding in the air outlet of the air conditioner can you barely feel a little cool. The service attitude is good. There is no elevator on the second floor, and the two people carried the luggage into the room by hand. Of course, you have to pay a tip (optional).

You can stroll around the ancient city in the morning and evening when there are less people. The hotel facilities are comfortable and the breakfast is rich. We provide paid Urgench airport pick-up service and paid Khiva station drop-off service. You can make an appointment with the hotel by email. The service attitude is very good. I recommend this hotel to friends visiting Khiva. Please note that the hot water in the shower needs to be left for a long time, and there are no toothbrushes or bottled water.
