I called the hotel and explained, “Could you please open the door?” and “I have a reservation under the name ○○.” However, after a while, the staff stopped responding and remained silent on the phone. eventually had to ask my Russian friend to call on my behalf. Only then was I able to get someone to open the door. When the staff member arrived, I thanked them in Russian, but they clearly looked dissatisfied, glanced at me, and then turned away without saying anything. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed."
