"The hotel placed in very close proximity to Baku international airport. They send hotel car for free to pick you up if you ask it. The hotel staff is very friendly and their reception is open 24 hours a day. Very good to stay inn if you have long wait for connection flight."

"When we first arrived at the hotel and contacted the reception to check in, they told us they wouldn't be able to pick us up early. We asked when they could pick us up and they said it wouldn't be before 2:00 and they were not helpful at all and showed aggressive attitude. Especially the hotel manager, a woman, spoke to us in a way that she would never speak to a customer. She is a rude woman. I definitely do not recommend it. The restaurant manager of the hotel took great care of us. She compensated for the rudeness of the manager by offering us treats and was very hospitable. We thank Ghazaleh Sirous very much. Other than that, everything else is terrible. In my opinion, she should be the general manager, as far as the hotel owners are concerned, not someone who scares customers away, they have left the hotel in need of someone who attracts them."
