Sirine Onsen

The hotel concept and designs are very extraordinary! I was told it was only 8 months old since it was opened. An onsen is located outside each room and the hotel exterior and interior have all the Jap vibes. The hotel location is best to view the sea clouds and enjoy the scenery to the greatest extent. Breakfast is served outside your room at about 8am every morning. It consists of the same stuff every day, porridge + American breakfast. The portion is not that huge, but it is good enough for me. Inside my room, there is a loft and a hair dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. It has free wifi access, too. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't upkeep its cleanliness well enough. The toilet facilities are a no-no. The toilet bowls and caps are built in black color , and they have already got all the white stains here and there. Likewise for the walls and tiles and flooring. I see some paint patches here and there trying to remedy the situation, but it didn't seem to help much.The material used to construct the hotel seemed to be made of inferior quality. I see dark patches here and there inside the toilet room. The toilet and bathing area are all so close to each other with no partition at all. The entire toilet gets wet everywhere whenever someone bathes there, and there are inadequate places to hang your clothes within the toilet itself. It is a challenge to bathe in this hotel. Besides, I can not sleep well throughout the whole night for that 3 nights' stay there. Every night, I was woken up by the water dripping sound or the sound of a few mice crawling at the rooftop or any insects trying to fly into my room through my small side window but unable to do so due to it was being locked. Furthermore, the staircase to the loft is very narrow and steep and very dangerous, especially if there are any elderly or young children around. The onsen cum jacuzzi idea is good, but it looks dirty and no one seemed to maintain it at all. There was no makeup of room, and I was shocked. A hotel supposedly to make up the room everyday. Is it a norm to call for room service then it will be cleaned which it does not make any sense at all. It should be automatic. A pity for Sirine Onsen hotel. If it has been properly maintained, it will be almost perfect!

We had a very good time here everything was excellent the view was amazing and the service we had from the lady who worked there was excellent would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again

This place does not worth it to stay not clean alot of problems in the rooms lizards 🦎 inside the room mouse 🐁 in the room not clean staff not available at the time of need

Would not recommend to stay here during this period of time as the hotel is still undergoing construction. The only facilities available will be your room and the outdoor jacuzzi. In-room service dining only has mookata, unlike the menu list they provided. Loft level is quite dusty, cleanliness of the room can be better. No toilet papers available, except for tissue papers. No housekeeping unless you request for it. It is a hotel with good location and scenery, after they complete their construction. Hotel should put upfront that they are still undergoing construction, and not charge the full price for the hotel. The stay here was peaceful and quiet, with nature view overlooking the room and jacuzzi.
