My Team loved staying here.

Upon entering the room, I first noticed that the shades on both windows were broken and the shades could not be raised. The air conditioning unit was also barely working and sounded like a semi-truck motor. I also noticed right away that another guest had already been in my room prior to my arrival. The toilet seat was up and some toilet paper had been used, there was trash, including their bag tag, in the trash cans. I notified the concierge who said house keeping would see to my room right away. I then went to the fitness center which was in disrepair. The AC in the room was not working. Trash was spilling out of the trash can and the cleaning wipes tub was just sitting on the floor. Dead bugs lined the window sill, and the filter on the waterbottle filler was on 'Red" for needing replacement. I was gone for almost an hour and when I returned to my room, house keeping had not been there, they never came during my stay. The wifi was out for most of the first night and the hot water was also out to the entire building both that night and the morning, so I had to take a cold shower. The worst part was that I found a crusty booger under the pillows on the made bed when I went to get in. I switched beds, but it was clear the sheets had not been washed. This hotel is in very bad shape and is clearly understaffed, as cleaning products were piled up in boxes in the hotel entryway. I checked out early after only one night electing to stay someplace else. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I am extremely dissapointed in Hyatt. I always book with Hyatt properties because in general I can expect an exceptional experience regardless of what city I am in. This property undermines that reputation.

Overall room is solid, hotel is good, rotten milk at breakfast...not so good. Hot tub on the roof, sets this place apart!!

There was absolutely nothing good about this hotel. I got there at 7pm and the room wasn’t ready. Asked ne to wait in the restaurant which I thought would be fine, I was hungry. Ordered soup and salad, they were out of both soup and salad and one only had a couple sandwiches you could order. I tried to go back to my room at 9pm and it still wasn’t ready! Went downstairs for the free breakfast and it was not eatable. Cold eggs and undercooked potatoes.. the air conditioner in the warm had heat coming out and was noisy and couldn’t be turned off. The second night I went to restaurant to have drink and the bartender said no one had a key to the liquor cabinet so only thing they had was beer! Stay away!

The hotel is dated. There is no A/C so it might get hot during the summer months. The views are nice and the location is great.

The hotel has issues! The most descriptive word for this hotel is disrepair. The aging facility and rooms were clean, but the in room A/C was so loud and ineffective it had to be turned off as it blew warm air most of the time, leaving one small window to ventilate a 2 room King Suite. The daytime room temperature was 80 degrees. Quality sleep was not possible with virtually no air circulation. Hotel staff was polite, but were indifferent to the issues, which via discussion with other guests we found was not just our room. Aging, worn out A/C is an obvious sign of a hotel decline. In addition, since no pool at this location, the hot tubs were expected to be a source of enjoyment. Unfortunately, one of two hot tubs (9 person capacity) was out of order as was one of two elevators and 5 of six ice machines forcing us to go to the second floor from our sixth floor room for ice. The "complimentary breakfast" was stone-cold and an obvious health code violation as it sat out for who knows how long. One of two filthy toasters was broken and the remaining one was on its way out. No syrup for the waffles anyway and not a soul in sight to ask for assistance. Parking billed at $25 per night was insufficient and forced guests to park in an unprotected lot across a 4 lane highway behind a restaurant. This Hyatt hotel does not deserve your stay or your $$
