Beautiful spotless clean villas and excellent service! Gorgeous property with water views and sandy beach with dock. Luscious tropical gardens and tiki huts for outdoor lounging. Peg, the owner makes delicious homemade scones and coffee in the am for guests. The rooms were tastefully decorated and stocked with clean towels. There is a heated pool if the ocean is too cool. Kayaks and snorkeling gear. Close to many great restaurants with a variety of cuisine. Had the feel of a private island retreat, though only 1 hour south of Miami. 5 stars! Would give 10 stars!

Beautiful grounds, very nice cabanas and awesome hosts. Delicious scones and coffee for the morning. Jonathan is a wonderful host: very knowledgeable about the area. The scones from Peg and Kari are a wonderful addition to the morning sunshine. Brianna in the office is quick and efficient

This was a beautiful family owned property with a private beach! They served homemade scones and coffee every day from a little food truck right on the property. Great service, refreshing pool, and kayaks/paddleboards for fun adventures in the ocean.

This resort is awesome. We loved it. The property is beautifully landscaped. The staff is absolutely incredible. Very clean and quiet. We plan on going back. The coffee and scones are amazing. Cant say enough about this place.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend
My initial impression was awful. Upon arrival, the front desk lady went over a long list of strict rules, all of which had to be cleared by the owners first. I was shocked to find out that guests are not allowed at all. No pets are permitted either—yet the owner lives on-site with two huge dogs freely roaming the property.
There are no lights near the dock or beach at night, which feels unwelcoming and even unsafe. The whole atmosphere is more like a retirement community where you’re expected to wind down by 9 PM.
They also refused a late check-out and wouldn’t even allow us to stay on the premises after checking out. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve had at a vacation rental. I absolutely do not recommend it and will never return.
