Staff Service: Guests consistently praised the friendly, helpful, and attentive staff, who provided timely assistance with requests, check-in/check-out processes, and resolved issues like malfunctioning room keys or air conditioning promptly.

A really nice hotel with a difference, slightly hidden away but a different unique style. The girls on the front desk were excellent and made you feel very welcome. I can only speak of our room on the third floor at the very end of the building overlooking the sea on two sides. superb views very comfortable ! I do agree that the room required decorating and a new carpet in the bedroom area as it was a little tired, but apart from that, very good. Very nice seating area outside our room overlooking the pool area and the nearby Snappers bar and restaurant. The pool and spa area very nice with numerous seating areas and hammocks available. The bar opposite is in a very unique position and offers superb facilities to enjoy the atmosphere, Be aware!! that if you have a meal there they automatically include a 20% service charge and will not remove it whether you have poor service or a bad meal !! They do not seem to do this at the bar, they give you the usual choice of % you wish to give. One final comment, the location is hidden away so not easy to find, there are no signs or advertising on the main dual carriage way as you approach, the only clue is a large sign advertising Snappers restaurant but I’m sure Sat Nav will help but ours was not working at the time !!

Manager Andrea, Raesha, and Lazaro set the bar high for making a guest feel welcome and making a stay wonderful! Greeted with smiles and info about what the resort offered and the nearby restaurant, Snapper's, (Hogfish was delish) we began our stay. The bed was super comfortable, the room very clean, the breakfast waffles tasty, the pool a perfect temp, and the view wonderful. Give Dove Creek a try, we highly recommend for a peaceful, family friendly stay.
