The front porch has a gorgeous view of Lake Superior and the lake front is just a short walk away. There is a private pond on the property. Relax and enjoy a morning coffee on the porch or during the stunning sunsets. Warm up by the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy outdoor activities all year round, including swimming, hiking, cycling, skiing, and snowmobiling. Unique rustic property with a big beautiful yard in the midst of a waterfall that lays to the south side of the property. Lots of charm inside and out with a great front covered porch to sit on and a relaxing back porch too. We really enjoyed that. They included some history of the cabin in the surrounding area and their welcome book. For a history, but there’s aWe really enjoyed that. The upstairs king bed is extremely comfortable. This cabin is not perfect, but that’s not exactly what we were looking for it fit the bill as a rustic, true authentic northern Michigan stay.

Gorgeous cozy home tucked in the heart of Eagle River. The backyard had a beautiful view of the falls.Spacious home with lots of beds, it was a very comfortable stay.

A wonderful house in a terrific place
The kitchen was exceptionally well stock with utensils, pots and pans, etc., etc. It worked well for both adults and small children. The sound of the nearby waterfall was a plus, as was the surrounding quietness. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely Stunning!
The house was clean, comfortable, and ready to relax we when arrived. With a toddler accompanying us, it was a godsend to have a working washer and dryer! The fire ring that was mentioned in the listing was grown up in grass and weeds, but we made due when it was time for s'mores. The view of lake superior was absolutely gorgeous and the waterfall behind the house made for some very soothing background noise. The locals are friendly and the beaches are well kept. We would definitely recommend staying here!
