"We went to Lebanon last Eid holidays, It was my first time in Jounieh, I was looking for a relaxing vacation, and wanted a sea vie hotel, they suggested Princessa. I loved it at first sight, my stay at Princessa was beautiful, and I loved the place from the first moment. The location is excellent, as it is directly on the main street and very close to all services, including restaurants and activities. At the same time, you can easily find a place for your car directly facing the entrance. The lobby’s decoration and furnishings were modern and distinctive. Beautiful Rita (at the reception) was so friendly and her smile did not leave her lips as she dealt with all customers with professionalism, speed, and precision, She tried her best to make us feel as if it wasn't a hotel, but rather our own home. As well as the bell boy who every time we asked for him, he responded with a smile and with all speed, care, and promptness. The room was clean and beautiful, with modern and comfortable furnishings, and the sea view from the balcony was always eye-catching. A cup of coffee on that veranda is priceless. As for room service, it was prompt, professional, fast, and clean, the room service supervisor lady did not hesitate to provide any service and follow up on any request. Roof Top Infinity Pool alone is out of this world. You will lose track of time as you sit in the water, refreshing yourself, and contemplating the pool water as it meets the endless seawater. I also need to thank the boys working in the pool area and their supervisor for their professional service and the feeling of friendship they surround everyone with. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, delicious, and hot. The resto was beautiful, clean, and bright, and the boys did not hesitate to fulfill any request as quickly as they could despite the crowding at times. We did not miss any item on the tables, but rather the plates were replenished with their contents without us feeling that there was an item missing or almost running out. The young man serving saj/manakish and fried eggs served his delicious dishes exactly as requested, despite the crowding of orders. In general, my impression of the Princessa far exceeded all expectations. I liked it very much and recommend it for all business or leisure occasions. Thank you Princessa staff for your good work."

"I booked the beach room with private pool access for a price above the average for 5 star credible hotels during the season. We were not received at entrance, and the check-in process was basically DIY. After arriving at the check-in counter, they asked me to pay an additional $50 which was waived after nuisances. Upon arriving to the room, I was hit with a heat wave hotter than the temperature outdoors. When asked about the air conditioner, the management said it should take an hour to cool down. 5 hours later, I’m sitting in heat while maintenance was over my head for 2 hours. After talking to the front desk multiple times, and even walking to them, they provided with a city view room which was smaller (and priced lower on ***********), but I was thankful for the air conditioning. On the day of checkout, I receive a call from the reception saying “checkout please” without any sense of customer service, given that it is “luxury hotel”. Once checking out, they did not even ask about the stay. To summarise: 0/5 for me, a truly horrible experience."

"we ended up there after the AirBNB apartment had problems. booked for one night, but immediately in the morning I booked for the rest of the trip in two weeks. wonderful staff, very nice view. close to everything, yet a quiet area. 5 min to Jounieh, or 20 min to Byblos. where you can eat very good food. worth the money. the service is perfect. the coffee so good and so cheap. cleaning every day. One evening the owners were there, offered coffee and a chat, very nice."
